We may, in our sole discretion, remove, edit, block and/or monitor Content or accounts containing Content, but we have no obligation to do so.
Renewal and Cancellation: The terms of renewal and cancellation of your Sanalkons membership may vary depending on the type of membership you have purchased, and the terms and conditions of the Membership Agreement will be valid in this regard. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your billing period. If you cancel your subscription, your account will be automatically closed at the end of your current billing period.
Since Sanalkons is an intangible service that is performed instantly in electronic environment and delivered instantly to the consumer, you do not have the right to withdraw, and your cancellation requests will only take effect at the end of the relevant membership period.
You, as Users, have the right to terminate your membership at any stage. In the event that the account is closed by both the User and Sanalkons, the validity of all licenses and other rights granted to you in the Terms will expire immediately.

Change of Membership Type: You can change your Membership packages during your use of the service. In this case, upon your request, the remaining balance from the expired Membership Type will be determined together with the number of days of use, and the new fee will be applied to you, starting at the time of request for the New Membership Type.

The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to these Terms of Use. If any provision of the Terms becomes illegal, void or for any reason legally unenforceable, that provision may be excluded from this agreement. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise from the application of the above-written provisions and legal relations.

The subject of this Agreement is the Consumer's use of the content services ("Content Services") in the Sanalkons system, through which the Consumer will connect over the internet, during the period the Consumer pays the service fee, which he is obliged to pay, and in this context, the Law No. 6052 on the Protection of the Consumer, It is about determining the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

a) Payment Method for Subscriptions Made by Introducing Bank/Credit Card Information to the Sanalkons System
The consumer introduces bank/credit card information to the system after selecting the monthly or annual subscription package while applying for membership via the website Sanalkons.com.
In case the Consumer chooses the Monthly renewing subscription package: the subscription will be renewed on the day corresponding to the date of purchase, unless terminated by the Consumer before the invoice renewal date. The service fee for the renewed period is regularly over the bank/credit card notified by the Consumer to Sanalkons; It will be collected on the month-turn corresponding to the first invoice date. So what; In case the subscription is not requested to be renewed, the request for cancellation of the subscription must be submitted to Sanalkons in accordance with the procedures specified in article 8 before the renewal date.
If the consumer benefits from a campaign with which Sanalkons is in cooperation after the signature of the contract, the campaign conditions will be in effect during the campaign. As of the end of the campaign, the subscription of the Consumer will continue on the subscription package that he has previously selected.
In case of choosing an annual subscription: When the subscription period determined in annual subscriptions expires; subscription will expire automatically. However, if the Consumer requests or approves the extension of the contract between the Parties, his subscription will be renewed.
If the consumer benefits from a campaign with which Sanalkons cooperates after the signing of the Agreement, the campaign conditions will be in effect during the campaign. As of the end of the campaign, the subscription of the Consumer will continue on the subscription package that he has previously selected.
It should be noted that; A fee of 1 TL (or 1 TL in foreign currency in case the credit card introduced to the system is subject to a bank or payment institution whose activity center is not in Turkey) is charged to confirm whether the credit card introduced by the consumer during the subscription to the Sanalkons system is valid or not. The said amount will be refunded to the Consumer's credit card within one week.
In cases where payment information and campaign code are entered, and the subscription that automatically renews monthly at the end of the campaign will be valid: Campaign periods will be determined unilaterally by Sanalkons, unless terminated by the Consumer before the end of this period, the subscription will be monthly renewed as of the end of the campaign. will continue through the package. The consumer needs the technical hardware, software programs, system infrastructure, etc. to watch the content in order to use the Content Services provided by Sanalkons. accepts, declares and undertakes that it is solely responsible for the provision of Sanalkons does not have any responsibility for not performing the Content Services as a result of not providing the necessary infrastructure, hardware or devices of the Consumer. or in unexpected and/or disruptive circumstances, Sanalkons shall not be liable for late or incomplete performance or non-performance of any of its obligations. The service fee will be collected from the Consumer's bank or credit card and payment will be taken from the Consumer in the following ways.
The subscription fee is the amount specified on the user's screen before payment with the buy option.
Sanalkons has the right to make changes in service fees at any time. Changes in service charges will affect the next billing period. If the Consumer does not accept these changes that may occur in the service fees, he/she has the right to terminate the Contract until the date the service fee is collected from the Consumer. The Consumer, who does not terminate the contract until this date, will be deemed to have accepted the change in the service fee to be applied to the renewed period.
The service purchased by the consumer is delivered electronically.
Consumers can start to benefit from the service within 5 minutes at the latest from the moment of collection.
The consumer service can access Content Services by entering the Sanalkons system with their e-mail and password.
If the service fee cannot be collected or the payment is canceled for any reason in the purchased and/or renewed periods, or if the payment cannot be collected by sahibinden due to a technical reason, Cennetkons is deemed to be free from the obligation to deliver the service and provide the service for the relevant period.

The Consumer's subscription cancellation differs in the scope of the subscription created by the Consumer's chosen payment method. In this context;
If a monthly renewed subscription is selected; Subscription cancellation can be made within one month prior to the renewal period, in writing or by sending it to Sanalkons via our call center. Upon receipt of the cancellation request, the subscription will be automatically stopped on the day corresponding to the renewal date in the following month.
Consumer; will not be able to request a service fee refund from Cennetkons for the month in which he paid the service fee and started to benefit from Content Services.
When the subscription period determined in annual subscriptions expires; subscription will expire automatically. However, if the Consumer requests or approves the extension of the contract between the Parties, his subscription will be renewed.
Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph ğ of Article 15 of the Distance Sales Regulation, it is not possible for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Turkish law will be applied in the resolution of other disputes arising from the validity, interpretation and application of this Agreement.
If the legal relationship between the parties has a foreign element, the Consumer accepts, declares and undertakes that Turkish law will be applied regardless of the conflict of laws rules in all legal problems that may arise, and that he waives the application of the conflict of laws rules of the Turkish International Private Law and Procedural Law.
Consumers can submit their complaints regarding the services offered by Sanalkons via info@sanalkons.com. However, consumer complaints and objections can be made to the Arbitration Committee for Consumer Problems in the place of residence of the consumer or to the Consumer Court at the residence of the consumer, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry in December every year.
The consumer, in case of disputes arising from this Agreement, states that the official books and commercial records of Sanalkons, the electronic information and computer records kept in its own database and servers will constitute binding, definitive and exclusive evidence, within the meaning of Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure. accepts, declares and undertakes that it is in the nature of a contract.
